Welcome to moveeaze.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the moving services provided by Move Eaze. By using this site or booking a move with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them over, and reach out if anything is unclear.

About our services

Move Eaze is a licensed and insured Indiana household-goods moving company operating under USDOT and MC authority. We provide local and long-distance moving, packing, storage, and related services across the Michiana region, and we perform our moves with our own employees and equipment.

Quotes and pricing

We provide a flat-rate quote in writing based on the move details you give us. That quote holds when the information you provide is accurate and complete. If the actual scope of your move differs materially from what was described — for example, significantly more items, added stops, or access conditions not disclosed when quoting — we will discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding. A written quote does not by itself reserve a date; your move is scheduled once we confirm it with you.

Your responsibilities

To help your move go smoothly, please provide accurate information about your move, ensure clear access at both locations, and let us know in advance about special items, parking restrictions, or building requirements such as certificates of insurance. Please also tell us about any items of extraordinary value so we can advise you on coverage.

Liability and claims

As a licensed mover, our liability for loss or damage follows applicable federal and state regulations. Released-value protection at sixty cents per pound per item is included at no charge; full-value protection is available for an added cost. Any claim for loss or damage must be filed within the time period required by law, which is generally up to nine months from the date of delivery. We will provide the claims process in writing when you book.
