We move retirees making the full jump to a Tampa or Sarasota community, families relocating for work, and plenty of part-time snowbirds setting up a second place down south. The long haul south
South Bend to Tampa is about 1,150 miles down I-65 and I-75, through Indianapolis, Louisville, Nashville, Atlanta, and on into Florida — a 2 to 3 day drive for the truck. Because it is a real long-distance move, we inventory everything, give you a written delivery window, and our own crew stays with your shipment the whole way. No swapping your furniture onto a stranger’s truck at some warehouse in Atlanta.

We shrink-wrap upholstery against the road, blanket the wood, and crate the fragile stuff. On the Tampa end the same crew unloads, places furniture where you want it, and reassembles the beds and tables so you are not living out of boxes in the heat.

Long-distance is where surprise bills really sting, so we lock one easy flat rate in writing based on real miles and a real inventory — not a vague phone number. A lot of snowbirds also leave for Florida before the new place down there is ready, so we keep your things in clean, dry, climate-controlled storage in Michiana and run them down to Tampa when you say go. We have been making this run for Michiana retirees and second-home families since 2011, and we treat the thousand-mile drop the same as a move across town: one friendly W-2 crew, careful padding, and a written figure you can count on. When you land in the Florida sunshine, your furniture is already inside and set where you wanted it — and you never had to wonder whose truck your life ended up on.
